About Us BAR YOCHAI DELIGHTS, was founded by Baruch Inbar and Maya Kriheli. In October 2008, they launched their own line of raw, vegan fudge, in 4 delicious flavors: carob, dates, mesquite and chocolate. In a very short time, their line of products gained a tremendous success, and they begun distributing it across the country to health food stores, healing centers, educational organizations and individual consumers. Since then, they begun expanding their offerings into a whole full range menu of gourmet raw vegan cuisine, constantly gaining a growing fan base. Their menu is a unique blend of a Mediterranean cuisine, infused with international favorite items, such as pastas, pizzas, ice creams, cakes, wraps and much more! It is also their involvement within their community, that allowed them to share their passion for conscious, compassionate lifestyle and eating. Through their non-profit KATHARSIS, they produced a monthly line of events called LA RAW BAZAAR, in which they offered gourmet raw, vegan food, guest speakers, musicians and a grand community gathering, all free to thee public.
